When you see my stand on the issues and my values, I trust that you will see that I am the best person for Illinois State Comptroller with a plan to help Illinois out of its financial problems.

Here is what I believe in and will fight for:

I'm a true conservative. I'm for limited constitutional government, fiscal conservative.

I'm a supporter of

  • the 2nd Amendment,

  • free markets,

  • marriage between one man and one woman,

  • Protecting the life of the unborn

I believe the state of Illinois should "Nullify":

  • Obamacare,

  • NDAA.

I oppose to

  • any state tax increase,

  • SB16 - It will redistribute the wealth from the “rich” school districts to Chicago and some rural schools.

  • Common Core

  • Agenda 21.

  • Smart meters

 LIST OF ISSUES

The temporary Illinois income tax hike

I'm for limited constitutional government and I am fiscally conservative. I support in letting the temporary income tax hike to sunset. The State Income tax is scheduled to go down to the 3.75% (5% businesses) level by January 2015. The lower income tax rate will help in attracting new businesses back to Illinois This will create more jobs and lower the high unemployment rate. More business and more jobs will increase the Illinois tax base.

Combine the offices of Comptroller and Treasurer

I’m in favor amending the Illinois Constitution to combine the offices of Comptroller and Treasurer as it is in most states.  This should allow the office to run more efficiently and cut out the duplication of jobs.  This then will reduce the cost to the state.

Pension Plans

I’m in favor phasing out the pension plans and roll out 401k plans to all new state employees.   Allow any current pension employees convert over to a 401k plan.

Illinois Fiscal Budget

I will work closely with the Illinois Governor in preparing the each new fiscal budget.   Demanding that all financial obligations are well covered in the budget.

The State's Expenses

I will also work with the General Assembly in finding new ways to cut and trim the state’s expenses.    Illinois doesn’t have a revenue problem, but a spending problem.

Presidentail Library

I oppose using any Illinois tax payers’ money to pay for the building of a presidential library.  .
